From January 31 to March 28, 2025, the Theatre Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) organized weekly rehearsals for the production of “Alice in Wonderland.”

These sessions, held in Room A556 of the Aditayathorn Building and Rooms 2302 and 3407 of MUIC Building 1, were essential for refining the cast’s skills, enhancing group dynamics, and ensuring overall readiness for the final performance. The primary objectives were to strengthen team cohesion, improve individual acting techniques, vocal delivery, and stage presence, and also ensure that all 33 cast members were fully familiar with their lines, cues, and stage movements. Each practice was structured to encourage creativity while maintaining a productive and supportive environment.

Several challenges arose throughout the rehearsal period. Scheduling conflicts occasionally led to inconsistent attendance, affecting rehearsal flow. Limited rehearsal space sometimes resulted in cramped conditions or last-minute location changes. Additionally, some cast members initially struggled with memorization and adapting to feedback, slowing the early stages of refinement.

Despite these obstacles, the rehearsals proved highly beneficial. Cast members showed significant growth in their performance skills and confidence. Regular interaction and collaborative exercises fostered stronger bonds within the group, resulting in a well-coordinated and energized ensemble prepared for a successful production.
