The Volunteer Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) organized an activity entitled, “Kid Chill Still Child” on February 3, 2024 at Ban Sa Som School, Kamphaeng Saen, Nakhon Pathom province.

There were 35 volunteers who conducted learning activities including English lessons and sports events for the school’s young pupils. This demonstrated the holistic approach of the camp, addressing both academic and practical aspects. The club said the success of the camp was not only measured in the physical improvements to the school but also in the acquisition of essential soft and hard skills by the MUIC students. Teamwork, leadership, creativity, and communication were highlighted as key areas where participants experienced personal and collective growth.

The Volunteer Club said it received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both the local community and student participants with the added bonus of enjoyment of activities and friendship that were developed during the camp.
