Workshop on Better Teacher-Student Ties Held in MUIC

The Corporate Communication Unit of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) organized “Emotion Coaching: A Taster Session Workshop” with Dr. Jaruwan Sakulku, a clinical psychologist and faculty member of MUIC’s International Relations and Global Affairs program as the resource person.

Held on September 27, 2024 at Room A402, Aditayathorn Building, the workshop was attended by 50 school counselors and other representatives. Dr. Jaruwan Sakulku discussed ways on how to help students to understand the different emotions they experience.

Based on the Gottman Method, the workshop used practical tools and strategies to foster emotional awareness, build stronger teacher-student relationship and create a supportive environment where students feel understood.
