3. Adhipat Chirachaithumrongsak (major in Intercultural Studies and Languages, minor in Psychology and Spanish)

4. Areeya Kaniyao (major in Marketing, minor in Psychology)

Participating in the competition’s university track along with over 300 teams, “The Avatars” worked in a dedicated manner to curate the best possible strategy to help Tao Kae Noi  seaweed snack penetrate into the Gen Z market by creating a stronger emotional connection while fostering customer loyalty to be the top-of-mind seaweed brand.

Throughout this competition, the team got the chance to learn perseverance, upskill their knowledge, broaden their perspective, connect with like-minded individuals and come together as a stronger team.

"I learned that success is not just about winning but the growth you have achieved navigating through challenges," Manatsawee Sae-Ngow said.

On the other hand, Nutdanai Somnam said, "My takeaway from the competition is that, achievement is not about getting ahead of others, it is about being the best version of yourself."

Another team member, Adhipat Chirachaithumrongsak, shared that, "I have learned a lot about resilience and not giving up in what you do until the end of the competition."

"Through teamwork, I've learned that success isn't just individual triumphs, but collective efforts. It's about leveraging each other's strengths to achieve common goals and without teamwork we wouldn’t have achieved what we did," said the fourth team member, Areeya Kaniyao.

The MUIC Case Club expressed its gratitude to the CA-ASE organization for giving a chance to rising leaders all around Thailand to showcase their skills and have this journey for them to cherish forever.
