Progression to master's degree at Domus Academy, Italy (DA)

Fast Track Admission into Master's Programmes

MUIC Undegraduate Programs eligible to apply for DA programs are follows:

Business economics major

Finance major

International-business major

Marketing major

Communication design major

Creative technology major

Computer engineering major

International Relations and Global Affairs

Media and Communication major

Travel and Service Business Entrepreneurship major

DA application for the master-level program requires:

  • Application form
  • Curriculum vitae/resume
  • Artistic and professional portfolio of projects (not mandatory for Business Design, Service Design, Luxury Brand Management, Fashion Management)
  • Motivation letter
  • Academic transcript/Marksheet of previous studies, translated into English/Italian, listing subjects and exams, with corresponding number of hours/credits
  • Copy of Bachelor Degree/Academic diploma translated into English/Italian
  • Documentation regarding further courses or seminars attended (if available)
  • Certificate attesting the knowledge of English Language. English language requirement: IELTS 5.0 or equivalent for Academic Master; IELTS 5.5 or equivalent for Double Award master Programs. MUIC will provide an official certification stating that English was the official and only medium of instruction of the undergraduate program attended by the candidate (graduation date within 2 years prior the beginning of the master program).
  • Copy of passport
  • 2 reference letters if applying for Double Award Programs

DA will review applications of candidates selected by MUIC. DA may interview candidates and/or require student portfolio of projects (or project assignment). The final decision regarding admission to the relevant program is at the discretion of DA program selectors.

MUIC students dedicated scholarship

Domus Academy will grant a special Scholarship for talented MUIC students. In particular the following scholarships can be delivered all across the Academic year and will enable students to enter into Domus Academy September-November and February intakes of the 1-year Academic Master Programs and of the Double Award Master Programs or in the October intake of the 2-year Master of Arts Programs. Scholarships are 03 in total:

1 scholarships at 35%

1 scholarships at 30%

1 scholarships at 25%

Please note:

in case a scholarship is awarded for one of the 2 two-year Master of Arts Programs, this will be applied to the tuition fee of the first year only of the programme;
scholarships are not cumulable with 15% reduction + 100€ admission fee waiver reserved to MUIC graduates.

MUIC eligible programs for progression to graduate program study at DA for academic year 2022/2023

(This information will be annually provided by DA)
Business Design: the programme is addressed to candidates who have a first-level degree and/or professional experience in economics, management, humanities, or design. The programme is also open to candidates with a background in other disciplines, if they are motivated by strong interest in the program's topics.

MIUC candidates might apply for other Master Programmes and Double Award Master Programs among those listed below in case they have a strong motivation and a strong portfolio supporting their application. Applications will be evaluated by DA Program Leaders who will decide on MIUC candidates' eligibility to join the selected program.

Financial details

This financial agreement will be valid for 3 academic years, which applies to students matriculating at DA from 2022/2023 to 2025/2026. DA will assure the 15% reduction on the official tuition fee and 100% application fee waiver to MUIC graduates admitted to DA Master Programs.
