After Thorough Preparation, Trainees Attend Scuba Ocean Session

After the trainee students have gone through the scuba theory and scuba pool sessions, the Diving Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) held its penultimate course, the Scuba Ocean Session, at Samaesarn Harbor, Sattahip District in Chonburi Province on June 22 - 23, 2024.

The Diving Club, along with professional instructors, brought the 12 trainees to dive sites in the Samaesarn area. Students were then able to practice scuba diving in the ocean and proceeded to take a practical exam in order to get their certificates once they pass.

Along with practicing scuba diving in the ocean, students received a permanent worldwide diving certification. Additionally, through this activity, students learned to value of marine life and understood the need to preserve marine ecology.
