The Career Insights Club (CIC) of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) officially kicked off its activities for the 3rd Trimester on May 7, 2026, hosting its CIC First Meet welcoming workshop. Held in Room 1315 on the 3rd Floor of MUIC Building 1, the internal event drew 51 enthusiastic new participants eager to integrate into the club's growing professional community.
The workshop focused heavily on fostering high-quality peer communication, laying the groundwork for a supportive working environment, and developing student networking skills. Club leaders also utilized the session to outline professional expectations and upcoming objectives. Following a series of highly interactive ice-breaker games, a portion of the group went off-campus for a casual, non-compulsory dinner.
According to post-event feedback forms, the meet-and-greet was largely deemed a success, with many participants praising the friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to forge new friendships. However, the feedback also highlighted areas for operational improvement. Due to ice-breaker activities running longer than scheduled, the event's overall timeline was pushed back significantly. This scheduling delay ultimately prevented several members from joining the post-event dinner. Club organizers noted these time-management critiques as constructive takeaways for planning future events.
