Dance Cover Challenge

Following the incredible response to the last challenge two trimesters ago, Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Dance Club held the “Dance Cover Challenge” again from November 6 to December 2, 2023.

In this challenge, students were invited to film themselves dancing in any style with their own choreography for one minute. Afterwards the students posted their videos on the Dance Club's Instagram account.

The top three videos with the most likes were awarded with cash prizes of 2,000 Baht for 1st Place, 1,500 Baht for 2nd Place, and 500 Baht for 3rd Place, along with three Starbucks gift cards.

Swimming, Cycling, and Running Toward a Quiet Mind

On August 22, 2026, I completed my first IRONMAN triathlon in Tallinn, Estonia: a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km bike ride, and a 42.2 km marathon. It took me 11 hours and 35 minutes. While one of the perks of finishing an IRONMAN is the right to brag, that isn’t the point of this post. The point is that MUIC supported me in achieving this personal goal through the 40th Anniversary Academic Changemakers Scholarship.
