Welcome to our second online activity, “MOOD TRACKER” 

Are you interested in expressing your emotions with colors?

To complete this activity:
1. Download the given circular template.
2. Fill in any colors (can be apart from given colors) for at least 7 consecutive days based on how you feel. Start today and finish in the next 7 days!
3. Once completed in the next 7 days, post the final version of your Mood Tracker on Instagram story and tag @innerpeaceclub_muic.
4. Take a screenshot of your story and fill in the Google Form : https://forms.gle/jH37g182eXkaE5eE9

Posting and Submission Period: 17th - 20th October 2021@11PM

All participants will receive 2 hours of AT hours in Health Literacy.
