MUIC’s PDU and CU-ISD have been working together on short-term projects for students since 2014. With the advent of COVID-19, the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Staff Development Project was developed to strengthen the relationship between institutions and to provide knowledge in cross-communication through presentations and activities. This project serves as the official pilot project.

It will be conducted five times from October 2021 to February 2022. Each month, two speakers from each institution will work together on content and activities and their peers will attend as participants.

On October 15, 2021, Ms. Moragot Jamorntamakul and Ms. Phim-on Cheevaphitakpol were the speakers from MUIC and Ms. Minami Takubo and Mr. Hiroshi Sodeyama were the speakers from Chiba University. They gave a presentation about Basic Thai / Japanese Language. The first session of this program was successful with almost 40 administrative staff participating.

This program also corresponded with the UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) No. 4 Quality Education: “Ensure inclusive and equitable education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.”
