Mahidol University International College (MUIC) is further strengthening its collaboration with the University of Strathclyde by signing a second student exchange partnership with the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was formalized during the visit of Prof. Chulathida Chomchai, M.D., MUIC Dean, to Glasgow, Scotland, UK from September 2 to 3, 2025, following the first exchange launched in 2019 with the Strathclyde Business School.

Under this new exchange, students from the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences will have the opportunity to study at MUIC in diverse fields such as Psychology, English, Politics, Journalism, and Media & Communication.

The two institutions also collaborate in the progression pathways that enable MUIC graduates to pursue master’s degrees at both Strathclyde Business School and the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences. This initiative further deepens academic ties and opens new pathways for global learning.

The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, is ranked 251st globally in the QS World University Rankings 2026.
