Mahidol University International College (MUIC) held its annual fire drill on September 18, 2024 with Dr. Laddawan Jianvittayakit, Associate Dean for Environment and Sustainable Development, leading staff members in getting familiar with the steps to take in case of a fire emergency.

The objective was to equip personnel with knowledge about fire prevention and evacuation procedures, in compliance with the workplace fire prevention and suppression laws to ensure employee safety.

For this activity, MUIC collaborated with external agencies, including Mahidol University's Division of Physical and Environmental, the Taling Chan Fire Station, Phutthamonthon Hospital, and Phutthamonthon Police Station. Their involvement ensured the fire drill was conducted according to proper procedures and safety practices in case of fire emergencies, as well as providing guidance on support from external agencies.
