MUIC Holds Fire Drill 2026

Mahidol University International College (MUIC) conducted its annual Fire Evacuation Drill at Aditayathorn Building on August 21, 2026. Dr. Laddawan Jianvittayakit, Associate Dean for the Office of Environment and Sustainable Development, joined college staff in executing the drill under the established fire suppression framework.

Designed as a Level 2 Fire Prevention and Emergency Response exercise, the drill aimed to provide staff with essential knowledge on fire safety and evacuation procedures. It emphasized individual roles and responsibilities to ensure compliance with occupational safety laws regarding workplace fire prevention.

The event featured expert instructors from the Bangkok Fire and Rescue Department (BFRD), who demonstrated standard safety protocols during fire emergencies and reinforced key practices for effective fire prevention and control.
