MUIC Inks MOU with Accor

Mahidol University International College (MUIC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Accor AAPC (Thailand) Ltd. on October 27, 2023 at Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok on Wireless Road, Bangkok.

Prof. Chulathida Chomchai, MD, Dean of MUIC, signed on behalf of the college while Sonya Brown, Senior VP Talent & Culture Asia signed on behalf of Accor AAPC (Thailand) Ltd.

This agreement aims to strengthen the academic and educational competencies of MUIC and the professional resources of Accor. The collaboration will be under four domains, namely, internship opportunities at hotels/resorts under Accor; career development and job opportunities at Accor; research and special project; and knowledge and experience enhancement. 

Also present were executives of Accor and AAPC (Thailand) Ltd., including Ianic Menard, VP Operations, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia; and Sirawan Lertariyanan, T&C Business Partner, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia.

Several MUIC executives and Tourism and Hospitality Management (THM) Division faculty members also witnessed the MOU signing.
