MUIC Joins Thailand Education Fair, Myanmar 2026 to Expand International Recruitment

Mahidol University International College (MUIC) participated in the 11th Thailand Education Fair, Myanmar 2026 held on April 2–5, 2026 in Yangon, Myanmar, with the main fair taking place on April 4th at Sedona Hotel Yangon.

The event was organized by the Association of Myanmar Alumni from Universities in Thailand (AMAUT) with support from the Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon. The fair was officially opened with a welcome address by Mr. Yordying Supasri, Chargé d’Affaires a.i., Thailand’s Ambassador to Myanmar.

A total of 28 Thai universities participated in the fair, attracting more than 500 Myanmarese students and parents eager to explore educational opportunities in Thailand. MUIC’s booth received strong interest from attendees seeking information about its international programs, admissions process, and student life.

On April 5, 2026, MUIC hosted its MUIC Exclusive Seminar at Novotel Yangon Max Hotel, welcoming around 50 guests. The seminar featured presentations on MUIC’s academic offerings and campus experience, followed by interactive sessions with faculty and staff.

Additionally, the MUIC team visited Signature Akademia SAT & GED Center and Scholastic International School in Yangon to further strengthen partnerships and outreach efforts within the local academic community.

MUIC’s participation in this event reflects its continued commitment to international student recruitment and strengthening global engagement.
