Graduate students from Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Master of Management in International Tourism and Hospitality Management (MM) participated in an exclusive educational visit to MJets, a leading private jet operator in Thailand, on November 26, 2025, to gain firsthand exposure to operations and human resource management practices within the private aviation sector.

Led by Dr. Boontip Boonbumroongsuk of the Tourism and Hospitality Management (THM) Division, the visit offered students an in-depth look at one of the most specialized and service-intensive branches of aviation.

The group explored key operational areas including flight operations, ground services, customer experience, and safety management with Mr. Philippe Leysen, Chief Operations Officer at MJets Private Aviation.

The THM Division and MM Program extend their sincere appreciation to Mr. Natthapatr Sibunruang, Chief Executive Officer of MJets, for granting permission and offering full support for this educational opportunity, which greatly enriched the students’ understanding of industry operations and professional practices.
