MUIC Receives Safety and Wellness Award for 7th Year in a Row

Mahidol University International College (MUIC) was given the Outstanding Award for Safety Academy and Good Wellness 2023 by the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare and also received the Award for Enhancement of Safety Practice of Research Laboratory (ESPReL) on April 26, 2024 at Prince Mahidol Hall.

Dr. Laddawan Jianvittayakit, Associate Dean for Environment and Sustainable Development, received the award from the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare on behalf of MUIC. This is the 7th year in a row that the college has received the award.

The purpose of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare’s project is to raise awareness of occupational health, promote a safe working environment and create a network of collaborative development and safety campaigns in colleges nationwide.

MUIC’s Committee of Occupational Safety, Health and Workplace Management participated in a safety exhibition by highlighting the safety performance of the college.
