Seven members of Mahidol University International College’s Model United Nations Club (MUICMUN) played a significant part in the 2nd Thailand National Model United Nations Conference, held from January 15 to 18, 2026.

The prestigious four-day conference opened at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) Centre before moving to the Lancaster Hotel for its remaining sessions.

As a founding member of the eight-university Thailand National MUN Network, the MUICMUN Club was deeply involved in the conference’s academic planning and public relations. This key role provided members with invaluable experience in organizing a large-scale, multi-university event.

The conference not only allowed students to engage in high-level debate but also served as a platform for MUICMUN to solidify its reputation as one of the leading Model UN clubs in Thailand.
