The Master of Management in International Tourism and Hospitality Management (MM) of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) program organized a hotel visit to Novotel Bangkok Platinum on July 21, 2023.
Led by Dr. Boontip Boonbumroongsuk, a lecturer of the Tourism and Hospitality Management (THM) Division, the purpose of this visit was for the students to learn firsthand how the hotel strategically manages its human resources and handle disruptive changes in the hotel business in order to remain competitive in the industry.
Students of the MM Program were warmly received by Ms. Chuleeporn Thongbhun, Director of Novotel Bangkok Platinum’s Talent and Culture, who shared with the visitors her experience and deep insights of transformations in people and talent management.
