Greetings from the cycling club. 
We are announcing our first activity of the trimester, the Self-Challenge Ride!
Participate by riding your bike anywhere at anytime. Compete with yourself and collect distance online to earn more prizes the further you go. We will count your total distance for you at the end.

Ride bikes and earn prizes!
20km - Club Sticker
100km - Club Sticker + Club Wristband
300km - Club Sticker + Club Wristband + Gold medal with your name!

Activity ends on 4th of July

Swimming, Cycling, and Running Toward a Quiet Mind

On August 22, 2026, I completed my first IRONMAN triathlon in Tallinn, Estonia: a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km bike ride, and a 42.2 km marathon. It took me 11 hours and 35 minutes. While one of the perks of finishing an IRONMAN is the right to brag, that isn’t the point of this post. The point is that MUIC supported me in achieving this personal goal through the 40th Anniversary Academic Changemakers Scholarship.
