Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Student Association SMOjojojo organized a food fair dubbed “IC Food World Tour” as its event for Trimester 2/2023-2024.

Offering a wide variety of cuisine, the “IC Food World Tour” was held over two consecutive days from March 12 to 13, 2024 at the Ground Floor, MUIC Building 1, with up to 60 stalls offering yummy treats along with novelty items, each hewing closely to the theme of international travel. Approximately 1,000 student, staff, and lecturers of MUIC and other faculties attended the two-day event.

Students, faculty and staff members dropped by to explore the numerous stalls which mainly offered food and beverage as well as other miscellaneous items. Apart from stalls rented by outside groups, the association also encouraged MUIC students to open their own stalls. Under the theme of airplane seating class, the stalls were separated into four different zones.

During the event, participants were issued a “passport” on which sellers in each zone they buy items from issued stamps. Once they have completed gathering the required stamps, the participants were able to submit their names to a lucky draw.

The Student Association’s SMOjojojo expressed its thanks to everyone who participated and added that the students should look forward for more exciting events in the coming trimester.
