Greetings from MUIC Muay Thai Club, 

We are happy to announce our very first activity of this trimester

The Consistency Challenge is back

1. Register by scanning our Google Form QR Code

2. Film yourself working out to any types of workout. (timelapse are fine too)

3. Submit the video, and total time of your workouts to us, or post on your Instagram story and tag us: @muic.muaythai.club

4. We will keep record and add up your workout time. By the end of the activity, the participants with the most total workout time win the prizes 

Date: Jan 24 - Feb 28, 2022

AT Hours: 3 in Health Literacy

This activity is suitable for everyone, even for those who might be thinking of starting a workout routine.We highly encourage everyone to keep consistent and disciplined during the pandemic
