Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Board Game Club had an amazing time at Watsateanrattanaram School with its "School Game Time" event on June 14, 2024.

Held from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, the club members taught elementary school children how to play a variety of board games.

More than just fun and games, the activity proved to be a wonderful opportunity to foster community spirit and compassion. The event was part of the club’s corporate social responsibility initiative, aiming to encourage more people to join the Board Game Club, promote kindness, and provide a stress-free environment for everyone involved.

Despite some initial shyness, the kids warmed up and had a blast! The club members learned a lot about patience and kindness. They managed to overcome the challenges of limited space and missing game pieces. The outcomes were fantastic. Club officers said they saw increased interest in the Board Game Club with new members joining. It was a fun and relaxing afternoon for both children and club members.

The club thanked everyone who participated and made this event a success and said it looks forward to more opportunities to bring joy and learning through board games. It advised students to stay tuned for the club’s next event.
