Mahidol University offers accident and COVID-19 insurance
to all students
– Pre-College
– Undergraduate
– Master’s
– PhD
Company : Deves Insurance Public Company Limited
Period of insurance : from February 1st, 2021 to March 19th, 2022
Coverage limit
● COVID-19 50,000 THB
● Accident 10,000 THB (In case : Cover death, dismemberment, loss of sight or total permanent disability)
Procedure according to Data Privacy Policy
1) Not consent : If the students do not consent, please fill out information for waiver through an online platform bit.ly/MUConsentForm or QR code until January 19th, 2021. Meaning that students refuse insurance plans supported by the university.
2) Consent : If students do not fill out information for a waiver according to 1), meaning that students consent to register for insurance.
3) Insurance registration information
The university provides these following information to the insurance company from January 20th, 2021;
– Name-Surname
– Department
– Identification number
– Date of Birth
– Email
– Phone number
