Media & Comm Ajarn Wins Top-Tier BL Series of the Year Award for Directing “4 Minutes Series"

A faculty member of the Media and Communication Program of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) received the Top-Tier BL Series of the Year Award for her outstanding direction of 4 Minutes Series during the FEED X Khaosod Awards 2025 held on September 13, 2025 at the Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon, Bangkok.

Dr. Nunnapan Puathanawat, Media and Communication Program Director, expressed the entire program’s congratulations to Asst. Prof. Dr. Bhanbhassa Dhubthien.

“The award-winning series has been recognized for its powerful storytelling, authentic representation, and ability to engage audiences across Thailand and beyond. By directing a production that balances creativity, inclusivity, and high-quality execution, Ajarn Bhanbhassa has further highlighted Thailand’s important role in shaping contemporary media culture, particularly in the globally popular BL genre,” Ajarn Nunnapan said.

She added, “As a valued faculty member, Ajarn Bhanbhassa consistently brings her professional expertise into the classroom, inspiring students to think critically and creatively about media production and cultural representation. Her achievement demonstrates how the Media and Communication Program bridges academic learning with industry impact, preparing students to become future leaders in media and creative industries.”

The program director said that the recognition serves as a proud moment not only for Ajarn Bhanbhassa but also for the entire Media and Communication Program and MUIC, “reflecting our commitment to excellence in both teaching and creative practice.”
