During the second week of the 1st Trimester, the Flag Football Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) held its first weekly club sessions of the academic year.

In the succeeding Tuesdays and Wednesdays from September 24 to November 27, club members, both old and new, gathered together from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm to have some Flag Football fun at the MU soccer field in Mahidol University’s Salaya Campus. Eight to 20 students would invariably attend the sessions.

Typical sessions would start off with some throwing and catching practice, and later moved on to some route running. This served as a good warmup for all players and gave an opportunity for newcomers to learn the game and get to know their team mates. After the warmups were completed, teams would be formed and games would be played, with water breaks in-between.

These weekly sessions were a great way for the players to have fun, sharpen their skills, and enjoy friendly competition within a team environment.
