The Student Association of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) organized an online activity called “A Day Without” on May 18 - 20, 2022.

This activity gave participants the opportunity to express their creativity through finding alternative objects for backpack and plastic bottles. This activity also aimed to reflect on how fortunate we are as the activity helped raise awareness on the backpack shortage problem in Cameroon. Throughout the three days of the event the association received various creative solutions to the problem. The most creative won a Backpack and a flask as a reward. The winners were:
A Day Without Backpack: Wanida Naowasangsri (International Relations and Global Affairs)
A Day Without Plastic Bottle: Kamollapas Thammachakkul (Media and Communication)
