In a bid to enhance student engagement and foster organizational development, the Student Development Unit of Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Student Affairs Office organized the "Student Association Unity Connect: Two Days of Bonding Camp" from December 12 to 13, 2023 at Avani+ Hua Hin Resort in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.

The 33 attendees were composed of 26 members of the Student Association committees and related student organizations, along with seven faculty members and staff from the Student Affairs Office. The primary objective of the program was to conduct a thorough SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis of the activities conducted in the previous trimester.

The analysis aimed to identify insights and lessons learned from the past trimester's initiatives which would then provide a foundation for developing future activities. Participants delved into the workings of various student organizations and learned much about associated departments, reflecting on challenges encountered during their operational processes.

Key areas of focus included strategies for improving communication across generations and planning future organizational activities. The camp served as a platform for collaborative discussions, problem-solving, and formulating strategies to enhance the overall potential of student organizations, particularly in the realms of cross-generational communication and future activity planning.

This initiative underscores MUIC’s commitment to continuous improvement and the holistic development of its student associations. By engaging in reflective analyses and collaborative planning, the college aims to fortify its student organizations for even more impactful and successful endeavors in the upcoming academic sessions.
