Students Celebrate Chinese New Year at MUIC

The International Student Committee (ISC) of Mahidol University International College (MUIC)  held a “Dragon Year Celebration” activity at the Ground Floor, Aditayathorn Building on February 12, 2024, offering a diverse array of activities to engage students and faculty alike.

Nearly 400 participants enjoyed the activity and provided positive feedback. They were able to visit various booths such as the popular Hong Bao booth where participants could win prizes, the Ribbon Writing booth where participants could write their wishes for Chinese New Year, Board Games booth, and six food stalls and vendors including Mixue, Food Eating Competition of Dumpling Roulette, and a variety of cultural performances, all providing a deeper understanding of Chinese culture and tradition. The ground floor was decorated with festive lanterns and the booths also matched the theme. ISC had a fun time hosting the event and it expressed its thanks to everyone who participated, adding that there would be more events soon.
