With MU Team, MUIC Eyes Expanded Academic and Research Partnership with University of York

A delegation from Mahidol University (MU), including a team of executives from Mahidol University International College (MUIC) led by Prof. Chulathida Chomchai, MD, MUIC Dean, engaged officials of the University of York in the United Kingdom in a strategic discussion on academics and research collaborations.

The MU delegation, under the leadership of Prof. Piyamitr Sritara, MD, FRCP, President of Mahidol University, met with Prof. Charlie Jeffery, Vice-Chancellor and President of the University of York, along with its faculty and staff on February 27, 2025 at the latter’s campus in England.

The two group’s discussions emphasized the strengthening of future collaborations between the two universities including cooperation for research and development, collaboration on a joint degree program, exchange of guest lecturers and others.
