General information (PC)

Student Conduct

All PC students are expected to have a mature and professional attitude towards their studies. This includes appropriate language, dress, behavior and participation.

Unifrom Policy

The Preparation Center for Languages and Mathematics (PC) has a recommended uniform policy. Students should wear the correct uniform at all times as per the details below

*Shirts, skirts, and pants can be purchased at any store.

PC pins and belts are no longer provided from the Preparation Center.

Female

  • Long or short-sleeved white shirts

  • Black skirts (at least knee length)

  • Any kind of shoes that cover heels with polite colors (sneakers, flats: no flip-flops or Crocs-style shoes)

  • Dark brown or polite-colored belt

  • PC I.D. cards must be worn on an MUIC lanyard at all times.

Male

  • Long or short-sleeved white shirts

  • Long black trousers

  • Black or polite-colored belt

  • Any kind of shoes that cover heels with polite colors (sneakers, oxfords: no flip-flops or Crocs-style shoes)

  • PC I.D. cards must be worn on an MUIC lanyard at all times.

Class details

Class schedule:
Classes will be held on campus at Mahidol University, Salaya campus
Monday - Friday in the period of 8.00-17.00.
Each PC level takes 10 weeks.
The schedule will be arranged for all PC/MP students.
Location of PC Classrooms MUIC Buildings 1–3 (Original Buildings)
Equipment for Studying (EP) A laptop/notebook, mouse, adapter, and charger. If using an iPad or tablet for studying, it should be accompanied by an external keyboard.
Equipment for Studying (MP) A tablet, tablet pen (stylus), paper notebook, and stationery.

Smoking policy

Mahidol University is a non-smoking campus, except in designated areas. Students caught smoking or vaping outside these designated areas will face disciplinary actions, including a warning and behavioral probation, along with a legal fine of 5,000 baht. Both penalties will be applied. Repeated offenses may result in suspension from studies and ineligibility for graduation.
