WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

18 – 23 November 2024
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Remark:
1.      The withdrawal process can be accessed through SKY+ Application from 18 to 23 November 2024 from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
2.      Withdrawal is only possible if your total remaining credits do not drop below 12 credits (non-credit classes are included).
3.      Permission to withdraw from a class must be obtained from the class lecturer.
4.      Withdrawal from the English track (ERS or GC1-3) classes are not allowed.
5.      Students will not receive a refund of tuition fees, and a W grade will be recorded on the student transcript.
6.      Students having W grades will not be eligible for an Honors degree.
