Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Diving Club recently held a Scuba Pool and Theory Session to introduce students to the basics of scuba diving at BB Marine Boating and Scuba Diving, Navatanee Road, Kannayao, Bangkok on November 8-9, 2025. The event combined classroom learning with hands-on practice to help the 25 participating students prepare for open-water dives.

In the theory session, instructors covered key topics such as underwater communication, safety procedures, and equipment use. Afterward, students moved to the pool to practice essential skills, including breathing, buoyancy control, and underwater movement.

The activity allowed participants to build confidence and teamwork in a supportive environment. Many students showed great enthusiasm and interest in joining the upcoming ocean trip.

Through sessions like this, the MUIC Diving Club continues to promote learning, environmental awareness, and a shared passion for the underwater world among MUIC students.
