Twenty students from Mahidol University International College (MUIC) discovered their unique style palettes at the “Personal Colour Workshop” on November 8, 2025 hosted by the university’s Career Insights Club. The event aimed to equip students with the skills to improve their personal and professional image through the science of colour.
Personal colour analyst Mr. Chadee Poompatch guided attendees through one-on-one consultations at Aditayathorn Building. Using a variety of fabric swatches, he helped each student identify their skin’s undertone as either “cool” or “warm”—the foundation of their personal colour palette.
“This process is about giving students a practical tool they can use immediately,” Poompatch’s approach suggested.
The workshop extended beyond theory, offering practical advice for daily life. Poompatch presented guidance on how to build a wardrobe, select flattering makeup and hair colours, and even where to shop for clothes that complement their newly discovered palettes.
The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, allowing students to ask specific questions about their style. The workshop’s goal was to empower participants to confidently make style choices that project a polished and authentic image.
