BA Students Represent MUIC in Business Simulation Contest

A team of students from Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program participated in the “PSU Thailand MBS Competition 2025,” hosted by Prince of Songkla University on February 8-9, 2025, at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Hatyai Campus, Thailand.

The competition featured a macro business simulation where teams were tasked with making strategic decisions in areas such as pricing, marketing, production, and investment, reflecting the complexities of real-world business environments.

The MUIC team, consisting of Mr. Pattarayut Panishphairoj (Finance), Mr. Supawich Kavinchiraphach (Finance), Mr. Thanadech Naksuwan (International Business), and a student from Chulalongkorn University, competed against over 200 students from across the country. Their team, “Gaithod,” secured 8th Place.

By competing in this simulation, the MUIC team members sharpened their ability to make tactical and strategic business decisions, using data to drive results. The competition aimed to equip students with critical skills in managing a business under volatile and uncertain conditions, fostering innovation and real-time problem-solving, much like C-level executives would in an actual corporate environment.
