Mahidol University International College (MUIC), in collaboration with the mPACT organizing committee, hosted mPACTBootcamp Cohort 1 on January 24, 2026 at Grande Centre Point Lumphini Hotel, bringing together students and alumni mentors for a full-day program focused on mentorship, self-reflection, and career development.
A core component of the morning sessions was the Life Line Workshop and Value Cards Conversation, where mentees were paired in small groups to reflect on personal goals, values, and mentoring topics. This session emphasized trust-building and meaningful dialogue as foundations for effective mentorship relationships.
One of the highlights of the Bootcamp was the Special Panel Discussion entitled, “Choosing Your Growth.” The session featured distinguished alumni and industry professionals who shared insights into their career journeys, decision-making processes, and lessons learned from navigating change and growth. The panelists included:

The discussion focused on the concept of being “future-ready,” highlighting qualities such as resilience, drive, and curiosity, as well as strategies for navigating both challenges and opportunities in professional and personal life.
In the afternoon, participants engaged in six Career Roundtable sessions, where each mentee had the opportunity to join discussions at two selected tables led by mentors from various fields. Topics included Finance, Fintech and Private Equity, Brand Product and Market Growth, Family Business and Legacy Transformation, Risk Management Technology and Data-Related Field, Consulting and Enterprise Leadership, and Sustainability and Creative Leadership. These sessions provided practical insights and direct interaction with professionals across diverse career paths.
The Bootcamp concluded with a reflection and closing session, allowing participants to consolidate key learnings and insights gained throughout the day. mPACT Bootcamp Cohort 1 reflects MUIC’s continued commitment to connecting students with alumni mentors and equipping them with the perspectives, skills, and confidence needed to navigate their future careers with purpose and intention.
