The “CMM X P’Group Rubnong Follow-Up Day” was held at Room A235, Aditayathorn Building on September 13, 2025.

It was an activity designed to let each group take turns leading as the P’Group, while the others took on the role of juniors. This allowed everyone to experience both sides of the rubnong tradition, namely, leading and following, and to see how each group managed the activity as a whole.

During the event, CMM 678 and the seniors observed and evaluated each group’s leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, giving helpful feedback and suggestions for improvement.

The main goals of this activity were to ensure the success of the upcoming rubnong event, to build mastery and readiness before the final rubnong week, and to give participants a chance to gain valuable experience. It also aimed to strengthen teamwork, encourage collaboration, and deepen connections among the seniors.

Overall, the “Follow-Up Day” was a meaningful opportunity for learning, growth, and preparation for leading the rubnong tradition with confidence.
