Prof. Chulathida Chomchai, M.D., Mahidol University International College (MUIC) Dean, together with college executives and faculty members, met with faculty members of the Department of Parasitology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University on June 6, 2023 to discuss the forthcoming Biodesign Boot Camp and Competition to be held in August this year.

The discussion about the boot camp and competition, which will have the theme “Designing Wellness Services for the Elderly,” coincided with a site visit to the Siriraj Academic Center of Geriatric Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University in Samut Sakorn Province.

It can be remembered that the two institutions have signed a memorandum in March this year cementing their collaboration on a minor program entitled “Minor in Designing Health Innovations.”

The MUIC executives and faculty members who accompanied the Dean were Dr. Laddawan Jianvittayakit, Associate Dean for Environment and Sustainable Development; Ms. Wimonsiri Hemtanon, Associate Dean for Student Affairs; Asst. Prof. Dr. Kandapa Thanasuta, Assistant Dean for Finance; Dr. Veerades Panvisavas, Chair of the Tourism and Hospitality Management (THM) Division; Asst. Prof. Dr. Kaewta Muangasame, a faculty member of the THM Division; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Dissatat Prasertsakul, a faculty member of the Business Administration Division.
