Career Insight Club’s Self-Development Workshop

Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Career Insight Club organized “MBTI for Self-Development Workshop” on March 1, 2024 at Room A451, Aditayathorn Building.

The event featured guest speaker Pajareeya Suriwong, a certified Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) coach. The workshop aimed to enhance self-awareness through the exploration of MBTI personality types and their impact on personal development.

The event was divided into two parts: an introduction and lecture, followed by interactive activities focusing on each MBTI dichotomy. The workshop highlighted that each MBTI type possesses unique strengths and weaknesses, emphasizing the importance of understanding and appreciating diversity.

There were 12 students who enthusiastically embraced the workshop, recognizing its significant impact on both personal and professional development. The engaging activities, coupled with insightful messages, provided a conducive environment for self-reflection and an open exchange of expectations for the session.

The guest speaker further enriched the experience by offering practical tips for navigating various MBTI preferences, emphasizing the importance of fostering effective communication and preventing burnout.

Overall, the workshop successfully integrated theory with hands-on application, creating a holistic and beneficial learning atmosphere for all attendees.
