The Career Insights Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) hosted an innovative and interactive online event entitled "This or That" from September 21 to 25, 2023.

Coinciding with the Club Expo, this event—which was aimed at boosting member engagement and fostering insightful discussions about career preferences—exceeded expectations, drawing the participation of 81 students.

The "This or That" challenge was a unique social media endeavor where club members were presented with two career-related options. Members made their choices, sparking lively online discussions and interactions. This format not only provided an engaging way to explore career interests but also served as a platform for members to share their experiences and aspirations.


The club said the outcomes were immensely positive, adding that there was a notable increase in member engagement on social platforms, creating a vibrant and interactive community. The insights gathered from the discussions were invaluable, offering a deeper understanding of the members' career preferences and interests. These findings are set to inform future club development and initiatives. The shared discussions on career interests not only fostered a sense of belonging but also provided a supportive environment for exploring diverse career paths.
