Career Insights Club’s “16 Personalities Test”

Career Insights Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) organized an online activity called “16 Personalities Test” on June 1 - 10, 2023.

This activity allowed the 50 students who had participated to learn more and understand themselves and others. This personality typology is from the Myers and Briggs Type Indicator. The test distinguishes five different traits, namely:


● Mind – Introverted vs. Extroverted
● Energy – Observant vs. Intuitive
● Nature – Thinking vs. Feeling
● Tactics – Judging vs. Prospecting
● Identity – Assertive vs. Turbulent


By taking this test, communication within a team is improved and uncovers the general strong points and weaknesses of every team member.
