The 5th International Conference On Tourism And Business 2024 (ICTB 2024) Will Be Co-Hosted by THM Division, MUIC, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Switzerland), and Edinburgh Napier University (Scotland), and will be held at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok, on 21-23 August 2024.

Conference focus: Rethinking Tourism Sustainability: The Role of Destinations

THEME 1) Rethinking Sustainability: Promoting sustainable destinations, renew tourism offerings, AI and technologies for resilient, sustainable and meaningful destination

THEME 2) High-Value Tourism Products for Better Tourism Experiences: Health, Wellness, and Gastronomic Tourism

THEME 3) Sustainable Event Destinations: Environmentally Impactful Events, Event Destinations, Zero-Waste Initiatives, Sustainable Venues

Hence, I would like to invite all MUIC faculty members, supporting staff members, and graduate students to submit an extended abstract (1,000-1,500 words; up to three pages) or a full paper of no more than 7,500 words (including references) to be part of the works presented at ICTB 2024.

To serve as an arena for research promotion and knowledge dissemination among MUIC members, please be informed that for MUIC members, the full paper accepted for publication in the ICTB 2024 conference proceedings will grant:

– A score of 2.4 points

– Rewards for supporting staff members

The exemption from registration fees for MUIC faculty members, supporting staff members, and students (with a limited quota) who have submitted either an extended abstract or a full paper can be granted.
