Reserve Officer Training Course (ROTC)

  1. New Mahidol University students (Both Male and Female)
  2. Thai nationality with age not less than 15 years old and not over 22 years old
  3. Consent from parents or legal guardians
  4. In healthy condition, without physical or mental problems condition which cannot attend to the Military Service
  5. Must have a BMI, body size, weight and height according to the requirement and must pass the physical fitness test as per the criteria set by the Military Student Center (Only for the first year military student applicants)
  1. MUIC students who need to apply for the Reserve Officer Training Course (ROTC) must report to the MUIC Office of Student Affairs by the first week of their entry.
  2. Application period in July every year (Service hour from Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) at Student Affairs Office, Room 1100, 1st Floor, MUIC Building 1 or call 02-700-5000 ext. 1210

Requirement Documents
• First year ROTC student’s requirements:

2 photos (1 inch size in student uniform with necktie)

A copy of ID. Card

A copy of Student ID. Card

A copy of the excessive troop document (front and back pages)

A transcript from previous high school
*** Students who have completed from other countries must translate their transcript into Thai and must be certified from the ambassador before it is submitted to MUIC.

 

• Second to Fifth year ROTC students:  

Documents

ROTC booklet that permits the student to participate in the program from the previous ROTC camp

2 photos (1 inch size in student uniform with necktie)

A copy of ID. Card

A copy of ROTC ID. Card

A copy of Student ID. Card

A copy of the excessive troop document (front and back pages)

Pre-College student certificate (for those who passed from Pre-College only)

Name Change Document (if any)

The training activities will be held on Saturday or Sunday, from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Students must participate in the activities 10 times.

         (The training schedule will be announced by the Reserve Affairs Centre)

The ROTC camp at Khao Chon Kai will be held in January – February every year (The schedule will be announce by Mahidol University)
