Genscape Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) organized a forum entitled, “Womanhood in Thai Society” at Exhibition Hall, 2nd Floor, Aditayathron Building on March 6, 2024.

The club invited three speakers to share their experiences and their insights about being women in Thai society. The first speaker was Ms. Angeli Jagota, who is an experienced yoga trainer. The next speaker was Ms. Pacharee Pantoomano, the Managing Director of Brand Now Asia. The last speaker was Ms. Nina Moller, an MUIC alumna from Social Science (Class of 2008).

With 38 students in attendance, the discussion covered many topics, such as the challenges they faced in the workplace, as well as their recommendations for future generations. While the discussion was cis woman focused, other genders also attended the event.

During a 10-minute break, participants had a chance to talk to the speakers directly. The club also set up a photo booth. In the second half, a Q&A session was held. The event ended with a group photo as well as a lucky draw for the participants.
