Innovation Club Organizes Talk on Technology in Business

Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Innovation Club organized an event entitled,  "Technology in Business: Chances & Crises," at Charinyarasami Hall, 3rd Floor, Aditayathorn Building on November 13, 2023.

This event was meant to provide valuable insights into how industry titans and top executives from leading firms have navigated and triumphed over significant crises in the business world.

The club invited two guest speakers, namely, Mr. Thanawin Leerungruang, Manager of Heng Heng Industry Co. Ltd., and Mrs. Gunyarat Jittakajornkiat, CEO of Mungkornbin.

The two speakers discussed their respective companies’ strategies, adaptability, and innovative approaches to facing economic crises, geopolitical conflicts, and the Covid-19 pandemic. They also delved into the anticipated effects of AI on businesses, and also offered a comprehensive view of the challenges and opportunities in today's rapidly evolving business landscape, sharing inspiring stories of resilience, innovation, and leadership to motivate the attendees.

The 49 students, lecturers and staff who attended the event were able to gain valuable insights into crisis management and adaptation strategies through the essential role of technology and innovation in achieving business success.
