MUIC’s Alumni Affairs Group Holds “Career Roadmap” Workshop

Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Alumni Affairs and Career Development Group, in collaboration with the MUIC Career Insights Club, successfully hosted the “MUIC Career Roadmap Ep.1: Resume Power-Up and Interview Pro Tips” workshop on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. The event drew a large number of students eager to enhance their career prospects.

Held at Charinyarasami Hall at Aditayathorn Building, the workshop featured Khun Charlie Withayachamnankul, Co-founder and CEO of Resubae, as the keynote speaker. With extensive experience in recruitment and career development, Khun Charlie provided invaluable insights and practical advice to attendees.

The workshop focused on equipping participants with the essential skills needed to create impactful resumes that stand out to potential employers. Khun Charlie shared expert tips on resume structure, content, and formatting, emphasizing the importance of tailoring resumes to specific job applications.

In addition to resume writing, the workshop also covered effective interview techniques. Students learned how to prepare for common interview questions, project confidence, and showcase their skills and qualifications to make a lasting impression.

Following the workshop, participants had the opportunity to receive personalized feedback on their resumes during a dedicated “resume screening” session. This one-on-one consultation allowed students to gain valuable insights and further refine their resumes.

The “Resume Power-Up and Interview Pro Tips” workshop is part of MUIC’s ongoing commitment to providing students with comprehensive career development support. MUIC empowers students to achieve their professional goals by offering these workshops, networking opportunities, and career counseling services.
