Forty-six students competed in this thrilling online e-sports event that brought together teams of five players each in intense tactical first-person shooter (FPS) gameplay. The tournament followed a single-elimination format, where teams compete head-to-head until a champion emerges. Matches were played in a best-of-three series, adding an extra layer of excitement and strategy to the competition.

CS:GO is renowned for its terrorist versus counter-terrorist gameplay, requiring teams to execute precise strategies to achieve their objectives. Teams will alternate between playing as terrorists and counter-terrorists, each with unique objectives such as bomb planting or defusal. The game's dynamic maps and diverse weapon choices contribute to the strategic depth, requiring teams to adapt and refine their tactics based on the map and the opponent's play style. As each match progresses, the tension builds, and the competition highlights the players' proficiency in teamwork, tactical thinking, and adaptability. The CS:GO tournament is not just a test of individual skill but a celebration of the teamwork and strategy that makes e-sports a captivating and dynamic experience.
