MUIC’s Media Com Students Hold Their First Online Thesis Exhibition

Senior students of Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Media and Communication Program (Media Com) held their first online thesis exhibition entitled “มีเดียมีเจ๊ง Media Mee Jeng,” on July 11-12, 2020 at Facebook: @MediaComxhibition.

The “Media Mee Jeng” online exhibition was inspired by the global COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the entries—short films, media campaigns, and online brands—demonstrated the students’ determination and ability to adapt to the new normal.

A total of 25 projects by 37 students were included in the exhibition, with each project taking at least one year to create. There was also a Q&A Live Session about studying Media Com. It featured special guests including Mr.  Pramote “Oat” Pathan, famous DJ and MC, who talked about the inside story of thesis making; and Mr. Bordin “Pae” Chalearnraj, main vocalist of the pop band Mild, who discussed content making.

The online event was a good opportunity for students to show their skills and works to the public.
