The Nature Lovers Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) launched “Nature Scavenger Hunt” on November 2, 2023 around the Mahidol University Salaya campus.

The scavenger hunt was both fun and educational because it aimed to acquaint the 10 participating students to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) during a discussion at the beginning of the event aside from the fun involved in the scavenger hunt itself.

“We wanted our students to know the different plants that we have within our university campus making it a very green university. Educating our students about SDG’s will also give them a clearer understanding of our surrounding and make them understand why plants are so important,” the club said in a statement.

The students were grouped into pairs and they had a lot of fun searching for the 10 clues and objects that the club had placed around the campus. The club added its thanks to the participating students: “You are all tree-mendous!”
