Sigma Club’s “History What If”

The Sigma Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) organized a competition entitled, “History What If” from September 29 to November 1, 2023 both online (via social media) and on-site (at the lobby of Aditayathorn Building on November 1).

There were 109 contestants who were asked to share their ideas to the public by answering this question: “If historical events happened differently, how would they affect the present?”

Participants presented their ideas in any form, either through a presentation, a short answer, or even a drawing. Thus, the participants showed their creativity in sharing their answer.


List of Winners:1. Narongrit Phuwaset, 2nd Year Creative Technology, “Most Popular Vote” (Topic: “What if the Axis Won WWII?”)


2. Natthapong Kanawattanakul, 4th year Finance, “Most Popular Vote” (Topic: “What if mass extinction did not occur and the super-continent was not separated?”)


3. Jessica Rujipatanakul, 3rd Year Computer Engineering, “Most Popular Vote” (Topic: “What if the Mona Lisa was painted by an unknown artist?”)
